The Beginning
BSS Information Technology Mission, a division of Bharat Sevak Samaj, the National Development Agency promoted by Govt. of India, established in 1952 and has proven track records in Professional Education and Social Services. The student centered academic environment and modern well equipped infrastructural facilities make the centre unique. Considering the meritorious performances, the University of Kerala has sanctioned its novel venture, the distance education Centre to BSS for providing Graduate course BA History
Off-Campus Academic Programme
Distance Education Centre programme of the University is based on the scheme and syllabus prescribed for the regular courses of the University subject to the guidelines of UGC and as per the rules and regulations of the University.
Admission
A student seeking admission to a particular course should apply in the prescribed application form which will be available at the Centre with a Registration Fee. For BAHistory, the admission will be on the conducted directly by the Kerala University.
Classes, Seminars
The classes and seminars will be arranged and conducted at the centre on weekdays for regular students and Sundays/ holidays for employees and other professionals under Academic expert’s available best in the profession.
Examination and Certification
The University will conduct examination timely and directly for any course. Also Degrees will be awarded tosuccessful candidates by university itself.

The Off Campus Centre is located at the heart of the capital city of Kerala and is convenient to students. The student friendly Academic environment in the Campus will definitely equip them with confidence and courage to meet the professional challenges
